In a significant development, Allu Arjun has been granted relief by the Nampally Court in relation to the Sandhya Theater stampede case. The court has officially exempted the actor from the requirement to visit the Chikkadapalli Police Station every Sunday, a condition that was previously imposed on him after the tragic incident at Sandhya Theater.

The decision comes after Allu Arjun filed a petition addressing security concerns that might arise from his frequent visits to the police station. The actor highlighted the potential risks to his safety and wellbeing during these visits. After reviewing his request, the Nampally Court agreed to the exemption but emphasized that Allu Arjun must continue to cooperate with the ongoing investigation into the Sandhya Theater tragedy.

The Sandhya Theater stampede, which occurred on December 4th, 2024, during the premiere of Pushpa 2, led to the loss of life of a woman named Revathi. Her son, Sri Tej, is currently receiving treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad. As part of the original bail conditions, Allu Arjun was required to appear at the police station every Sunday and participate in the investigation related to the incident. However, the actor’s security concerns were taken into account, and the court has now relaxed this condition.

Additionally, the court has granted Allu Arjun permission to travel abroad, easing the restrictions that were initially placed on his movements. This move further reduces the constraints on the actor while ensuring that he remains involved in the investigation process.

As the investigation continues, this decision allows Allu Arjun to manage his professional commitments without compromising the legal requirements set forth by the court.
